“In my land, I look across the valley and there is a lonely pine tree who I always think of as a witness of time. He is there, and I sense all his wisdom. I look back at my own land, and the cork tree on the very top seems to wink at both me and pine tree. I want to be let in, and they help me witnessing the valley around me.”
